Newborn and infant care

Early visits are mostly about routine checks and reassurance — weight and growth, feeding and sleep questions, and working through the childhood immunisation schedule with you.

    Coughs, colds, throat and chest infections, ear infections, fevers, stomach complaints and other common acute illness.

    General care and monitoring for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, raised cholesterol, asthma and thyroid conditions.

    Assessment of allergic symptoms, hay fever, skin reactions and related concerns.

    Annual gynaecological examinations, contraception discussions and general women's health matters.

    General consultations for infants and children, growth and development questions, and routine childhood care.
