Common questions
Questions patients often ask
Practical answers about booking, payment and what a visit involves.
- Do I need an appointment?
- Yes. The practice runs by appointment only, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Appointments are arranged by phone or email.
- How does payment and medical aid work?
- Patients pay the practice directly and then claim back from their medical aid. We do not display fees on the website; please ask reception when you book.
- What should I bring to my first visit?
- Your identity document, medical aid details, any relevant previous results, and a list of your current medication.
- How long is a consultation?
- Consultations are scheduled to allow a full history and examination without rushing. If more time is needed, reception will discuss this with you when booking.
- Do you see children and older patients?
- Yes. This is a family practice and we care for patients of every age, from newborns to grandparents.
- Can I request a follow-up visit?
- Yes. Following up on progress is part of how the practice works. Contact reception to arrange a follow-up appointment.
