This website has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account creation and no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We do not collect, store or process any personal information about visitors to this site. Appointments are arranged by phone or email directly with reception.
Information held at the practice
When you become a patient, Rivonia Family Practice keeps a clinical record containing the information needed to care for you: your identifying and contact details, medical aid details, clinical history, examination findings, results, and treatment notes.
This information is used to provide medical care, to keep records required by law and professional rules, and to submit accounts and medical aid claims where you ask us to. It is not used for marketing.
Sharing
Health information is confidential. We share it only with your consent, with other treating practitioners or laboratories involved in your care, with your medical aid for claims you have authorised, or where the law requires disclosure.
Retention and security
